Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with relevant finance background.
• 1–2 years in financial services or equity derivatives is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in documentation and confirmations workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate Economic Affination risk in Equities by ensuring client confirmations are completed by T+3.
• Draft and review Legal ISDA confirmations for Derivatives and Synthetic products.
• Follow up with clients to execute Legal Confirmations and ensure electronic matching of trades.
• Highlight discrepancies and resolve issues with Trading and Sales to ensure accurate booking.
• Review incoming counterparty documents to align confirmation templates and timelines.
