Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year work experience in listed derivatives: futures & options trade support, trade middle office, or cash processing.
• Futures and options industry knowledge and market awareness.
• Experience with vendor platforms (GMI, Traiana) would be an advantage.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Help manage clients’ post-trade execution needs, including handling complex transaction requests and settlement.
• Assist in providing operational risk management and oversight for futures sales and trading.
• Ensure infrastructure supports complex transactions meeting client needs and regulatory standards.
• Drive change discussions with technology and other teams to streamline flows.
• Identify, document and implement procedural changes to improve controls.
• Enhance client experience in a risk- and control-oriented environment within a global team.
