Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 1–2 years in financial services.
• Strong understanding of securitized notes, issuances, warrants, SPVs, and structured products.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with regional and global teams.
• Excellent client relationship skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with Marketing, Structuring, Trading and Sales desks.

Aufgaben

• Actively manage risk and P&L by supporting Equity front office operations.
• Develop knowledge of structured products and origination across notes, SPVs, and funds.
• Support issuances, settlements, and lifecycle servicing across markets.
• Handle queries from trading desks, sales, clients, and other teams.
• Perform reconciliations and monitor controls around corporate actions.
