You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive improvements, analytics, and agile delivery across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Curiosity about technology, AI, and investing.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience Design: analyze journeys and identify pain points.
• Digital Product Development: support lifecycle from ideas to delivery.
• AI & Innovation: explore AI-powered solutions to improve outcomes.
• Data Analytics & Insights: analyze behavior and metrics to inform changes.
• Business Analysis: translate requirements into actionable items.
• Product Delivery Support: participate in sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with partners to deliver projects.
• Vendor & Governance Support: monitor vendors and service levels.
• Digital Transformation Projects: assist strategic initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Projects: support on analytics and product management tasks.
