Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore invites you to join Digital Markets as an intern, gaining hands-on exposure to data analytics, AI initiatives, e-commerce platforms, and digital asset research.

You'll work with business and technology stakeholders, apply Python and BI tools, develop dashboards in Power BI/Tableau, and support automation, data management, and reporting to drive insights for digital markets initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or related discipline.
• Strong interest in technology, digital innovation, and financial markets.
• Familiarity with Python; willingness to learn and apply data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Support: monitor digital trading platforms and live trading engines, support daily operational processes, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Process Automation: develop automation using Python, macros, and digital tools to improve efficiency.
• Data Analytics: prepare, analyse, and validate datasets to generate business insights.
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: build dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
• Data Management: support automation, data structuring, and data quality initiatives.
• AI Initiatives: assist in opportunities to leverage AI to streamline processes.
• Digital Assets Research: conduct market research on digital assets developments.
• Project Coordination: support project implementation, testing, and stakeholder communications.
• Event & Engagement Support: assist in coordinating events related to digital assets.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives.
