Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore invites you to join our Equities Digital Platforms team as an intern, gaining hands-on experience in product management, digital transformation, and AI-enabled initiatives that impact real customers.

You will collaborate with product owners, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, analyse user needs, and drive innovative improvements across digital investing journeys.

Qualifications

Pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Interest in digital products, AI, and investing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience Design: analyse journeys and identify improvements.
Digital Product Development: support lifecycle from idea to implementation.
AI & Innovation: explore AI-powered solutions to improve productivity and outcomes.
Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer behavior and metrics to derive insights.
Business Analysis: translate requirements into product enhancements.
Product Delivery Support: assist in sprint planning, testing, and deployment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with business users, tech teams, vendors and ops.
Vendor & Governance Support: monitor performance and governance activities.
Digital Transformation Projects: support strategic initiatives improving efficiency and CX.
Ad-hoc Projects: participate in innovation and analytics initiatives.
