OCBC Bank is offering an Equities Digital Platforms Intern role in Singapore. You will work with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to enhance digital investing journeys and AI-driven solutions.

You’ll analyse customer journeys, contribute to end‑to‑end product development, and gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation and fintech innovation within a leading regional bank. This internship focuses on learning, collaboration, and real‑world project exposure.

What You Do

• Customer Experience Design: analyse customer journeys, identify pain points, and recommend enhancements that make investing simpler, faster, and more intuitive
• Digital Product Development: support the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from idea generation and requirements gathering to feature development and implementation
• AI & Innovation: explore and apply AI‑powered solutions to improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance customer and business outcomes
• Data Analytics & Insights: analyse customer behaviour, feedback, and operational metrics to uncover insights and recommend improvements
• Business Analysis: gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product and process enhancements
• Product Delivery Support: participate in product discussions, sprint planning, testing activities, and solution implementation initiatives
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work closely with business users, technology teams, vendors, and operations partners to support project delivery and business objectives
• Vendor & Governance Support: assist in monitoring vendor performance, service levels, and outsourcing governance activities to ensure effective service delivery
• Digital Transformation Projects: support strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and digital capabilities
• Ad‑hoc Projects: provide support on innovation, analytics, product management, and other business initiatives as assigned
