Job summary

Rotating Offshore Solutions in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead EPC projects, develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality teams.

You will oversee risk management, supplier contracts, and HSE compliance, conducting regular progress reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• PMP preferred but not required.
• EPC background experience with Skids, Packages, Modules, topside.
• At least 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Proven track records in managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, fabrication, and quality teams.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Conduct risk assessment and mitigation planning for technical and financial risks.
• Project close out and hold lessons-learned sessions.
