is seeking a procurement specialist to manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with project and contractual requirements. You will coordinate with buyers to finalize POs, monitor vendor submissions and inspections, ensure on-time delivery of equipment and spares, and support installation, commissioning, warranty matters, with thorough documentation throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized tertiary institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in EPC projects.
• Positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment packages from pre-purchase to final delivery.
• Coordinate with buyers to finalize POs and monitor vendor submissions.
• Oversee inspections, testing, and on-time delivery of equipment and spares.
• Liaise with vendors, project teams, owners' reps and third-party inspectors; organize progress meetings.
• Track vendor performance and payments; support installation, commissioning and warranty matters; ensure documentation and reporting.
