Job summary

SKYWORKS GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site Equipment Technician to support new equipment setup, tool conversions, and daily machine troubleshooting.

You will work under Engineers to meet production targets and participate in improvement activities, with rotating 12-hour shifts and overtime as required. Entry-level candidates are welcome; a Diploma/ITE in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics is preferred.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or any other relevant Engineering discipline.
• Willing and flexible to work 12 hours rotating shift.
• Preferably with 1 or 2 years of equipment experience in semicon industry.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• A team player with good communication and machine troubleshooting skills.
• Dicing or test inspection (pick & place) experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office application.

Responsibilities
