Job summary

ASE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated electronics technician in Singapore responsible for tester installation, configuration, upgrades, repairs and debugging of test equipment.

You will troubleshoot to minimize downtime, coordinate with supervisors and vendors, support audits, and participate in timely project closures. A Diploma/ITE/Professional certificate in Electronics Engineering and hands-on maintenance experience are required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE/Professional Certificate in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair.
• Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, re-configure, upgrade, repair and debug testers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisor and team to resolve equipment issues and monitor project status.
• Liaise with machine suppliers and vendors on project tracking and timelines.
• Support internal audit and assist in solving quality issues.

• Responsible for tester installation, re-configuration, upgrades, repairs and debugging.


• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize machine downtime.


• Work closely with supervisor and team to resolve equipment-related issue, monitor project status, and proper closures.


• Liaise with machine suppliers and vendors on project tracking, progress monitoring and timeline management.


• Support internal audit and render assistance in solving outstanding/quality issues.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITE/Professional Certificate in Electronics Engineering or related field.


• Hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and repair.


• Knowledge of Testers, Handlers would be advantageous, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.


• Positive learning attitude and strong team player.


• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
