Skyworks Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technician Supervisor to diagnose and repair machine and process-related issues on a rotating 12-hour shift, ensuring TPM tasks are completed on time and to spec.
You will lead shift technicians, review TPM checklists, and collaborate with Process/Tool Owners on CIP projects to improve yield and reduce downtime, while maintaining cleanroom standards and adhering to safety protocols.
Diagnose and resolve machine and process-related issues; perform repairs and determine the most effective corrective actions.
Escalate complex equipment problems with detailed analysis to assist Tool/Process Owners in resolving issues efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact and supervisor for shift technicians.
Oversee the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
Regularly review and update the TPM checklist, ensuring strict adherence to procedures by all technicians.
Collaborate with Process and Tool Owners on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) aimed at enhancing yield and minimizing machine downtime.
Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.
Willingness to work overtime as needed and participate in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule
Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or any other relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of equipment experience in semiconductor industry is required.
A team player with good communication, presentation and analytical skills
Experience in Tape & reel tool or visual inspection will be an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office application
Knowledge in fabguard, promis, minitab will be an advantage
