Job summary

Skyworks Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Technician Supervisor to diagnose and repair machine and process-related issues on a rotating 12-hour shift, ensuring TPM tasks are completed on time and to spec.

You will lead shift technicians, review TPM checklists, and collaborate with Process/Tool Owners on CIP projects to improve yield and reduce downtime, while maintaining cleanroom standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of equipment experience in semiconductor industry.
• Team player with good communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Experience in Tape & reel tool or visual inspection is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge in FABguard, PROMIS, MINITAB is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve machine and process-related issues; perform repairs and determine the most effective corrective actions.
• Escalate complex equipment problems with detailed analysis to assist Tool/Process Owners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and supervisor for shift technicians.
• Oversee the TPM schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
• Regularly review and update the TPM checklist, ensuring adherence to procedures by all technicians.
• Collaborate with Process and Tool Owners on CIP projects to enhance yield and minimize downtime.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.
• Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and supervisor for shift technicians.

• Oversee the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.

• Regularly review and update the TPM checklist, ensuring strict adherence to procedures by all technicians.

• Collaborate with Process and Tool Owners on Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) aimed at enhancing yield and minimizing machine downtime.

• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.

Job Requirement
