Job summary

Skyworks is seeking a Shift Technician Supervisor in Singapore to diagnose and repair machine and process issues, escalate complex problems, and lead a team of technicians on a rotating 12-hour shift. You will manage TPM programs, ensure timely task completion, and uphold cleanroom standards.

You will collaborate with Process/Tool Owners on CIP projects to improve yield and reduce downtime while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and reporting to the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics Engineering or any other relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of equipment experience in semiconductor industry is required.
• A team player with good communication, presentation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve machine and process-related issues; perform repairs and determine the most effective corrective actions.
• Escalate complex equipment problems with detailed analysis to assist Tool/Process Owners in resolving issues efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and supervisor for shift technicians.
• Oversee the TPM schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
• Regularly review and update the TPM checklist, ensuring strict adherence to procedures by all technicians.
• Collaborate with Process and Tool Owners on CIP aimed at enhancing yield and minimizing machine downtime.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with cleanroom standards and protocols.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and participate in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule

Job Requirement
