Job summary
AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Engineer to drive and enhance equipment performance, uptime and reliability to meet production targets. The role offers stability and growth within a growing manufacturing environment.
This position involves rotating shift duties to support continuous manufacturing operations, preventive and recovery maintenance, ISO compliance, and careful spares management. Office hours are fixed (8:30am–6:00pm) and located at Pasir Ris, East.

- Drive and improve equipment performance, uptime and reliability to meet production targets.
- Perform rotating shift duties to support continuous manufacturing operations.
- Execute preventive and recovery maintenance to minimise equipment downtime.
- Monitor and optimise equipment performance against operational targets.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality systems.
- Plan and manage spares and consumables inventory within the allocated budget.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and work instructions to standardize equipment practices.
