Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is recruiting a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily and monthly production targets in Pasir Ris. You will supervise manpower, materials and machines in a hazard-free environment and drive efficient operations.

You will plan WIP flow to maximize throughput, reduce idle time and mentor Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants. The role features a 12-hour shift with a salary up to SGD 6,500.

Job Responsibilties

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily and monthly manufacturing goals

  through the efficient use of manpower, material, and machine; together with proficient

  methodologies, in a hazardous-free and healthy working environment.

• Plan, strategize and monitor the movement of WIP for maximum throughput, minimum idle time

  and maintain line linearity.

• Solicit Engineering support to ensure tight focus on areas and variance requiring immediate

  attention.

• Resolve and handle line-related issues / preventive maintenance and to understand all

  equipment capacities / constraints so as to identify, handle and resolve bottleneck situations.

• Mentor and train all Manufacturing Leaders and Assistants to develop skills required for efficient MFG operations.
