You will work with cross-functional teams to monitor processes and contribute to inline quality controls and efficiency gains.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering, demonstrate strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and time management, and are willing to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from relevant fields.

• At least 2 years of semiconductor foundry experience.

Responsibilities

• Day to day monitoring and ownership to address in-line SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities and lot handling.
• Maintain equipment capability for production and meet production demand.
• Collaborate with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
• Evaluate new equipment/materials and retrofits for better efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

1. Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
2. Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
3. Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
4. Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
5. Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in engineering in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering ,Physics, Automation, Aerospace Engineering
2. Able to think critically with strong analytical skills
3. Possess good communication skills and time management skills
4. Prior leadership or competition experience in school activities will be an advantage
5. Must be willing to commit shift work
6. At least2years with relevant working experience in semiconductor industry foundry
