Job summary

E&M Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Chiller Specialist to lead planning, execution, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of chiller and HVAC projects. The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge of chillers, chilled-water systems, HVAC equipment, and MEP coordination, with proven project management skills.

The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 8-12+ years of relevant HVAC/chiller project experience, with at least 3-5 years in a PM role.
• Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, data centre, hospital, high-rise or large-scale chiller projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and coordination with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead chiller and HVAC projects from design to handover, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, manpower and procurement plans.
• Review specs, drawings and submissions; coordinate installations and testing.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors and MEP disciplines to resolve issues.
• Monitor progress, take corrective action, and manage variations and claims.
• Hold regular project and site meetings and report progress to management and clients.
