The Equipment Engineer is responsible for the full lifecycle management of production equipment – encompassing usage planning, preventive and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, and upgrading – to maximize equipment reliability, availability and efficiency. This role partners closely with Production and Quality to safeguard manufacturing capacity, product quality and on-time delivery, while driving continuous improvement in equipment utilization, cost efficiency and operational safety.
