Qualifications

• EPIC certification in Stork and EpicCare Inpatient Orders.
• Experience implementing or supporting EPIC in healthcare settings.
• Deep understanding of inpatient and obstetrics clinical workflows.
• Experience configuring, testing and deploying EPIC solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, design, and implement EPIC modules with focus on Stork & EpicCare Inpatient Orders.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Support build, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Deliver end-user training and support change management initiatives.
• Ensure system compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to optimize workflows and usability.
• Document configurations, processes, and enhancements.
