Job summary

Silicon Box Inc is seeking a Process Associate Engineer to support Product Development and New Product Introduction activities reliably and efficiently. You will assist Engineers with process recipe setup, monitoring and improvement, and data collection in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Training will be provided; candidates should be flexible to shift patterns, starting with office hours and eventually transitioning to 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical or similar.
• No work experience required; training will be provided.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing (die prep, PVD, lithography, backend) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers with process recipe setup and qualification.
• Monitor and improve production processes.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Perform lots on hold and disposition.
• Engineering data collection.
• Coordinate with line operators to meet module objectives and follow SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping in production area.
• Ensure process integrity for machines in production.
