Job summary

Silicon Box Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Process Associate Engineer to support engineering activities and daily production reliably and efficiently.

You will assist Process Engineers in recipe setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, data collection, and adherence to SOPs, with emphasis on lithography processes and safety.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 1 year of process experience in Lithography.
• Able to work day and night rotating shifts and flexible to different shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Assist Process Engineers in process recipe setup and qualification for production.
• Process monitoring and improvement.Engage in data collection and analysis.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and resolve throughput bottlenecks.
• Perform lots on hold and disposition as required to maintain flow.
• Coordinate with line operators and supervisors to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Ensure process integrity for machines is in place for production.
• Maintain clean and organized production areas and equipment.
• Support ad-hoc activities as needed to meet module objectives.

Job description

• Engineering data collection
• Other ad-hoc activities.
• Ensuring that process integrity for machines is in place for production.
• Maintaining good housekeeping in the production area,
• Co-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure that work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
• Minimum 1 year of process experience in Lithography.
• Able to work in both day and night rotating shifts, and flexible to work under various shift patterns.
