Job summary

Well Established Security Inspection Solutions Company is seeking a capable on-site project supervisor to lead consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities at Jurong East. You will conduct briefings, monitor milestones, review master programs, and ensure safety compliance while coordinating with authorities.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT Eng, Civil Eng, Architecture or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant working experience in similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

• Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)
