Job summary

Well Established Security Inspection Solutions Company is seeking a proactive site lead to manage a team of consultants, contractors, and developers on active projects. You will oversee daily site activities, briefings, and progress tracking.

Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, and 0–2 years of relevant experience. Travel to project sites is expected, with a variable bonus and excellent welfare offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT Eng, Civil Eng, Architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Ability to read design drawings, blueprints, and shop drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Salary: UP$3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East (Need to travel to project site)
