Job summary

Well Established Security Inspection Solutions Company in Singapore is seeking a Project Lead to manage a team of consultants, contractors, and developers on-site. The role includes coordinating project kick-offs, monitoring milestones, and ensuring timely delivery while liaising with authorities and clients.

The candidate should have a Diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with 0–2 years of experience and the ability to read design drawings,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers on site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendations to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Salary: $3200 - $3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East
