Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable professional to lead a team of consultants, contractors and developers at project sites. You will conduct briefings, monitor milestones and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with authorities for submissions and safety inspections.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/ Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering or Architecture, with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Reading design drawings will be an advantage for this role at Jurong East.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT/ civil/ architecture or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in similar role.
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints and shop drawings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Evaluate master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify delays and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from authorities.
• Assist with documentation and recommend contracts for award.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic inspections.
• Conduct feasibility studies and budget recommendations.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works for quality.
• Liaise with authorities for public feedback.

Salary: $3200 - $3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East

Job Scope:

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings will be an advantage
