Job summary

ea recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead security system projects from planning to delivery at Jurong East. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma in IT/Civil/Architectural or equivalent and 2-3 years of project management experience. This full-time role offers a competitive salary SGD 4,500–5,500 and a variable bonus with strong welfare.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security system projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate daily site activities with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall work progress.
• Identify project risks, delays, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate submissions, approvals, and clearances with relevant authorities.
• Prepare project reports and maintain project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of security systems.
• Resolve technical issues encountered on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with quality, safety, and company standards.
• Liaise closely with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
