Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a site team lead to manage consultants, contractors, and developers on ongoing projects at Jurong East. The role involves briefing, progress monitoring, and ensuring milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT, civil engineering, architecture, or related fields, with 0–2 years of relevant experience. Reading design drawings is a plus, and a strong focus on safety and documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings is advantageous.
• Experience in leading a team or coordinating project activities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Evaluate master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify delays and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Coordinate submissions and clearances from authorities.

• Check safety management systems and conduct safety inspections.

Salary: $3200 - $3700 (Basic) + $300 (Transport Allowance)

Working hour: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

Working Location: Jurong East

Variable bonus + Excellent Wellfare

Job Scope:

• Lead a team of consultants, contractors, and developers in daily site activities.
• Conduct project briefings and kick-off meetings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Evaluate the master program and monitor work progress.
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions.
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
• Assist on documentations and make recommendation to clients for award of contracts.
• Check safety management system and conduct periodic safety inspection.
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary program and budget.
• Identify and resolve site technical problems.
• Supervise site works to achieve good quality.
• Assist in investigating and liaising with public and the relevant authorities for public feedback.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints, and shop drawings will be an advantage
