Job summary

ManpowerGroup Singapore is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator (IT) to help ensure projects are delivered with consistency and alignment to business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to drive governance, track performance, and provide insights for leadership decisions.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and can communicate in English and Mandarin with stakeholders in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient (written and spoken) in English and Chinese to facilitate requirements discussions, translate specifications with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in China.
• Meticulous, logical thinker with a focus on efficiency and results.
• Experience in technology, gaming, or digital industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO in planning, monitoring, and executing projects across multiple business units.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and risks, escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist in the establishment and improvement of frameworks, processes, and best practices.
• Consolidate data for management reviews, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to support the business and leadership needs.
• Facilitate requirements discussions and translate specifications in English and Mandarin with stakeholders in China.
