Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; enthusiasm and willingness to learn valued.
• Experience in semiconductors device fabrication or packaging/assembly equipment operations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, industry awareness, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and proactive with teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the complete process of module integration and combining components into modules.
• Operate and maintain high-tech instruments used in the heterogeneous integration process.
• Manage equipment readiness and ensure availability of processing materials.
• Perform metrology inspections and analyze colour-coded data for quality control.
