Job summary

A*STAR RESEARCH ENTITIES is seeking a Heterogeneous Integration Assistant Laboratory Officer who will engage in the full module integration workflow and operate advanced equipment. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply and will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge electronics and semiconductor processes.

You will contribute to ensuring equipment readiness, manage materials, and support metrology inspections to drive high-quality integrated modules in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, industry awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in semiconductors device fabrication or packaging and assembly equipment operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Heterogeneous Integration: manage the complete module integration process.
• Equipment Operation: operate and maintain high-tech instruments used in integration.
• Process Support: ensure equipment readiness and material availability for the integration flow.
• Inspection and Analysis: perform metrology inspections and analyze colour-coded data for quality.
