Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Understanding of semiconductor metrology concepts.
Experience with SOPs and data documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist advanced packaging process integration activities in day-to-day lots processing and execution.
Coordinate process development experiments with module and FAB teams.
Perform wafer inspection and measurements between modules and flag issues.
Document process flows, experiment conditions, and observations.
Operate basic metrology tools per SOPs and record results accurately.
Collect, organize, and verify metrology and process data.
Conduct basic sanity checks on metrology results and trends.
Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
Adhere to safety, cleanroom, and quality procedures at all times.
The candidate should support process integration and metrology through staggered shift work.
