Job summary

A*STAR RESEARCH ENTITIES is seeking a Heterogeneous Integration Assistant Laboratory Officer who will engage in the full module integration workflow and operate advanced equipment. You will contribute to ensuring equipment readiness, manage materials, and support metrology inspections to drive high-quality integrated modules in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, industry awareness and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in semiconductors device fabrication or packaging and assembly equipment operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Heterogeneous Integration: manage the complete module integration process.

• Process Support: Manage equipment readiness, ensure the availability of processing materials, and perform critical tasks in the integration process.
• Inspection and Analysis: Conduct metrology inspections and analyse colour coded data to ensure the highest quality and precision in integrated modules.

Qualifications

Diploma or ITE graduate in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
