Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with compliance procedures and control systems for the business review department; monitor, research and respond to inquiries across product lines.
• Ensure accuracy of research and compliance advice provided to sales force team.
• Develop information regarding required changes in reports and procedures.
• Prepare written and verbal reports for senior management on compliance program status, issues, trends and concerns.
• Support sales force and management by implementing recommendations for changes, improvements and enhancements.
• Apply knowledge of team interactions to achieve Customer Service goals.
• Maintain client experience as a core behavioral measure; uphold Citi's policies and guidelines.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguard Citi and assets, escalate and report control issues with transparency.
