YUN HAI DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior accountant to manage the full set of accounts and support the finance function in Singapore. You will handle AP/AR/GL, billings, and vendor payments while ensuring timely processing.

The role requires accuracy, independence, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Prior experience is not mandatory, but some accounting exposure is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Manage full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger functions.
• Handle billing, collections, and vendor payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Prepare financial schedules and supporting documents for audit and reporting purposes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve accounting and tax matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
