Job summary

BAN HOCK HIN PTE LTD is seeking a junior accountant to manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations. The role requires preparing monthly financial statements and assisting with month-end and year-end closings for director review.

You will also generate management reports, process invoices and collections, and liaise with auditors and tax agents as required. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Handle month-end and year-end closing and prepare final accounts for Director’s review
• Prepare monthly financial reports needed by the management.
• Process invoices, payments, and collections accurately and timely.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned.
