Job summary

Infinity Global APAC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Finance Associate to join our dynamic team. You will support daily accounting activities, prepare journal entries, and assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks.

You will gain exposure to AP/AR, GST compliance, and financial reporting processes in a fast-paced, regional environment, while developing accuracy and technical skills across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply or candidates with up to 1 year of hands-on accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) or IFRS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and inventory adjustments to the GL.
• Process daily AP/AR transactions and code accordingly.
• Issue tax invoices and track payments; follow up on overdue balances.
• Review and process employee expense claims per policies.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, petty cash, and ledgers; maintain fixed asset register.
