Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) in Singapore. You will provide first-line remote and onsite technical support, manage low-complexity incidents, and document resolutions while coordinating with client environments and vendors.

You will work to resolve issues quickly, maintain SLA integrity, and support shift handovers to ensure continuous service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line remote and onsite technical support to clients.
• Manages standard and low-complexity incidents within SLA targets.
• Liaises with client IT environments, carriers and colleagues to expedite resolution.
• Documents incidents with required details and follows handover procedures.
• Escalates to L2 when necessary and ensures service continuity.
