NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L1) to deliver remote and onsite technical support, resolving incidents and problems to meet SLA targets. You will install and configure software, identify root causes, log detailed incidents, and liaise with client IT teams and vendors to expedite resolutions, following standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computing or related field required.
• Associate level certifications in Data Centre technologies (Cisco, NetApp, EMC) preferred.
• Associate level certifications in Networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA) desirable.
• Collaboration and Voice certifications (MS700/MS720, Webex Calling) advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensures client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested and operational.
• Installs and configures software as per client requirements.
• Logs incidents with required detail and escalates when needed.
• Liaises with client IT environments, carriers and colleagues to expedite diagnosis and resolution.
• Investigates first-line support calls and identifies root causes following knowledge articles.
• Responds to alerts and escalates to L2 when necessary.
• Updates incidents with progress and resolution details in the ticketing platform.
• Supports timely and complete resolution of incidents and requests.
• Applies tools and processes to track configurations and changes.
• Investigates issues in systems and processes and assists with remediation.
