Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising and coordinating company events and promotional activities.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers and event crew to ensure smooth event execution.
• Assist in preparing event materials, schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Provide administrative support and maintain event-related records.
• Handle any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
