Job summary

CLOSIO CATALYST is seeking an entry-level Events assistant to gain hands-on experience in event management, marketing, customer engagement and campaign coordination in Singapore. You will develop communication and organisational skills while supporting planning, setup and on-site operations.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome, with opportunities to participate in team campaigns and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and execution of events, roadshows and promotional campaigns.
• Support event setup, coordination and daily operations.
• Engage with customers and provide product information.
• Assist with marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Gather customer feedback and support post-event evaluation.
• Work towards team campaign objectives.
