Job summary

JOE'S OUTLETS PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to assist in planning, organising and coordinating company events and promotional activities. You will support event preparation, setup and on-site operations.

You will liaise with vendors and event crew to ensure smooth execution, help prepare materials and logistics, and provide admin support. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided, and flexibility for weekend work when required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours or weekends when required for events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organising and coordinating company events and promotional activities.

• Assist in preparing event materials, schedules and logistics arrangements.
• Provide administrative support and maintain event-related records.
