Job summary
HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Engineer (E&I) to support maintenance and reliability of electrical and instrumentation systems across our Jurong Island facility.
The role is ideal for candidates with relevant engineering qualifications who aim to grow in industrial maintenance and energy environments. You will work with the maintenance team, technicians, contractors and other departments to ensure equipment reliability, safe operation and timely completion of
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Entry level are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant internship, industrial attachment or hands-on experience in maintenance, E&I, automation, electrical or industrial environments will have an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for Electrical & Instrumentation equipment and systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining preventive maintenance programmes to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of electrical, instrumentation and control systems.
- Assist in identifying equipment faults, analysing failures and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Support maintenance activities involving electrical distribution systems, instrumentation, control systems, alarms and related equipment.
- Assist with testing, calibration and functional checks of instrumentation and electrical equipment.
- Review maintenance records, inspection reports and equipment history to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in maintenance planning, scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities with technicians, contractors and suppliers.
