Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities across islandwide locations in Singapore. The role involves coordinating maintenance and liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure safe, clean, and compliant facilities.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of facilities management experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant facilities management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of the building and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and servicing for building systems and equipment.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities, equipment, and common areas are in good condition.
• Monitor building safety, cleanliness, and security requirements.
• Handle maintenance requests and follow up on issues until resolved.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, service reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in managing maintenance schedules, budgets, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, building regulations, and company policies.
• Support improvement projects and other facilities-related duties as required.
