Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a facilities leadership professional to oversee the operations team, ensuring the smooth management and upkeep of the building and its services.

You will supervise contractors, liaise with clients, and support performance auditing and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives within a government-building campus setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in facilities management or built environment industry.
• Degree holders with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in facilities management or built environment industry.
• Experience managing a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the operations team in managing the overall operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property and facilities.
• Manage building's facilities including but not limited to assets enhancement, supervision of contractors, liaison with clients and facilities operation.
• Present during performance auditing and render assistance to facilitate the completion of the performance auditing of the past inspection.
• Attend to feedback and service requests from clients and liaise with contractors on all maintenance matters.
• Compile, collate and analyze operational data and reports for continuous improvement.

About the role

Salary: $4000 - $6000 + $50 HP allowance
Working Location: Kallang (Govt building)
Working Hours: M-F | 830am - 6pm

Key responsibilities
