Job summary

Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd is seeking an entry-level accounting professional to support day-to-day financial operations in Singapore. The role involves processing invoices, claims, and payments, maintaining records, and assisting with collections and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in accounting/finance and up to 2 years of related experience, with a strong eye for detail and teamwork. This is a hands-on, collaborative role within a finance team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or finance experience is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment transactions.
• Assist with customer collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate supplier and customer account records.
• Prepare payment schedules and assist with bank reconciliations.
• Handle basic payment and account-related enquiries.
• Support Accounts Payable and Receivable activities.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Provide general accounting and finance administrative support to the team.
