Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a proactive sales professional to join the Market Development team. You will engage with defined target markets, drive business growth, and promote the integrated resort's value proposition through collaborative cross-functional efforts.

You will build relationships with new and existing clients, manage budgets and strategic initiatives, and contribute to long-term profitability while working flexible shifts in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, business development or relationship marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with Market Development sales teams to drive business from defined target markets.
• Promote Marina Bay Sands and drive awareness of Las Vegas Sands and its properties.
• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive visitation to Marina Bay Sands.
• Align customer touchpoints with guidelines to ensure exceptional customer experience and profitability.
