Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager (Enterprise Software) to lead new business development and manage the full sales cycle in an enterprise software environment.

The role requires robust communication with senior management and clients, and the ability to coordinate with partners and internal stakeholders. The position is based at Neil Rd (Maxwell) with a 5-day work week, offering a base salary of SGD 6,000–7,500 per month plus commissions, AWS, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B sales skills and ability to communicate with senior management and clients (10+ years of sales experience).
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Citrix, VMware, and cloud technology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Identify and develop high-value opportunities for application and virtualization performance monitoring solutions.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the process from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and ensure CRM records are up to date.
• Channel & Partner Strategy: Identify and develop partners; organize training and coordinate sales activities with partners.
• Consultative Selling: Research client tech stacks and present clear value propositions.
• Technical Alignment: Coordinate consulting resources to support pre-sales activities.
