Job summary

DRAKE INTERNATIONAL (SINGAPORE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in Singapore. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality outcomes.

You should bring 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture, hands-on App Engine Studio/Creator Workflows, strong integration skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
• Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio/Creator Workflows.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across modules.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, OAuth, JDBC, and MID Server integrations.
• ServiceNow CIS, CAD, CSA certifications; CTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead solution architecture for implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect and develop ServiceNow Custom Applications using App Engine Studio.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define integration architectures with third-party systems via REST, SOAP, and APIs.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance standards.
