Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product to lead its largest, most complex deals for core product areas. You’ll be the go-to expert on product offerings, integration shapes, and competitive landscape, partnering with AEs, Solutions Architects, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to land and expand with new and existing customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Track record of top performance with Enterprise accounts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who operates independently to drive results.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships across the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new logo and expansion deals with enterprise customers in key segments.
• Develop and manage relationships with executive stakeholders and lead product discussions.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve targets.
• Be the internal and customer-facing expert on product and segment, including competitive landscape.
• Work with Product and Engineering to win deals and inform roadmap.
• Scale go-to-market playbooks, AI tooling, and process improvements in partnership with teams.
• Forecast accurately and leverage AI to accelerate performance.
