Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a PM2 in the Enterprise Portfolio Office to shape GovTech's digital product portfolio across programmes and stakeholders. You will translate complex government problems into investment decisions, guiding what to build, reuse or retire.

You will work with PMs and programme leadership to evolve portfolio strategy, improve interoperability, and drive evidence-based decisions that align products with public service goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate vague problems into actionable plans.
• Strong communication skills for senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in product strategy, portfolio coordination or digital transformation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape GovTech's portfolio strategy and prioritise government problem spaces.
• Apply portfolio principles to decide where to invest, reuse or sunset products.
• Analyse adoption, cost and performance to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve coherence and reusability of capabilities across GovTech.
• Support lifecycle decisions to scale, merge or reposition products as needed.
• Establish portfolio management frameworks, metrics and operating rhythms.
